Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
